Cornell University Collaborates With CEMS Global Alliance

In a first, Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business is partnering with CEMS – The Global Alliance in Management Education – providing its students with more study options and exposure.

Starting in 2020, students studying Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Applied Economics and Management in the Charles Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management will have the option to study International Management with CEMS.

As a result of the collaboration, Cornell students will earn two degrees at once – Applied Economics and Management from Cornell and the CEMS Master’s in International Management (MIM).

“This alliance is a significant step forward, as the Cornell SC Johnson College ofBusiness clearly sees growth potential in the Masters in Management segment of the US business education market. We believe that the demand for such degrees will rise within the US, as graduates desire to make an impact early in theircareers,” said Roland Siegers, Executive Director of CEMS.

The program at the CEMS is delivered by an alliance of 32 business schools internationally, 69 multinational companies and seven non-profit organizations.
